As our company continues to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and dependable Bilingual Project Scheduler/Coordinator to join our team and help manage a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.
Position Overview
This is a full-time, onsite role that offers proper training and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team. We’re looking for someone who is bilingual in English & Spanish, organized, detail-oriented, and ready to play a key role in project coordination and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with subcontractors via phone and email

Schedule and confirm subcontractor work timelines from start to finish

Monitor and update the status of multiple ongoing projects

Verify and review subcontractor invoices weekly

Maintain strong communication with internal teams and field crews

Handle fast-paced situations with professionalism and a solutions-driven mindset

Maintain project records and manage sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications

Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)

Prior experience in construction scheduling or coordination is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure

Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

High school diploma or equivalent required; administrative or construction-related certifications are a plus
