We’re seeking a Senior Accountant Department Manager with deep accounting experience and proven leadership skills. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to take charge of a strong accounting team — we want to hear from you.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage accounting staff across multiple functions

Review, analyze, and ensure accuracy in financial reports

Track financial trends and summarize financial status using visual reports (charts/graphs)

Deliver error-free financial reporting and present actionable insights

Lead full-charge bookkeeping-level responsibilities and ensure compliance
🧠 Ideal Qualifications:

5+ years as an Accounting Department Manager
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (strongly preferred)

Hands-on experience with MAS100 (Sage 100)

Advanced Excel skills: multi-sheet linking, pivot tables, consistent formatting

Strong general ledger knowledge

Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

10-Key calculator proficiency by touch

Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

CPA or CMA certification is a plus

Experience with multi-entity and multi-state operations a strong advantage
