About the Position

We are a large, well-established roofing company seeking a full-time Purchasing Assistant to join our growing team. This role is essential in helping us manage and coordinate residential roofing jobs with efficiency and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule roofing jobs with homeowners and builders

  • Order materials for roofing projects

  • Coordinate and schedule roofing crews

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly

  • Support administrative and accounting functions

  • Maintain organized records and project documentation


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Previous experience in roofing or construction (preferred)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

  • College degree is a plus
